What is psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a treatment process through which people with psychological problems such as depression and anxiety are handled by licensed and trained mental health care professionals known as Psychotherapists. Psychotherapy helps people under depression and mental illness to understand the emotions and ideas that contributes to their illness thereby helping them to regain a sense of control over their behavior. In psychotherapy, also known as “talk therapy”, the psychotherapists treat depression by having heart to heart conversation with the affected individual which would comfort them to let out their depressing thoughts and emotions.

Process of psychotherapy
